Founder's Note | Connor - Finding Jenny a Peruvian bean for our third single origin installation was surprising difficult. The organic selections of high altitude Arabica was impressive, but the overall quality average and unmemorable – sort of like the Simple Plan of angsty high school music. As I was about to give up, our green coffee broker found us a small-family coffee grower in a remote village of San Ignacio. This brew is intensely bright, with strong notes of cocoa and nuts.

PS - Jenny realized that she could not declare a llama as an emotional support animal in order to avoid customs.
