Doyle Heritage Series

The Doyle Heritage Series focuses on the unique, unadulterated flavors of the coffee and its provenance. Brewed  under the Kyoto-drip method, the Single Origin Brazil Minas Gerais is a bold coffee bean with naturally sweet notes of cocoa and toffee. Grown in altitudes ranging from 2300 - 4400 ft, the beans are sweetened and slow dried by the Brazilian sun.

  • Altitude: 2,300 - 4,400 ft
  • Country: Brazil
  • Region:  Minas Gerais
  • Notes:  Malt, cocoa, caramel, toffee

Founder's Note | Jenny - Our sophomore single origin selection is a testament to Connor’s roastmastery. Because it’s grown at lower altitudes, this temperamental bean is softer and less acidic than other South American coffee beans. The margin between ashy-tasting bean garbage water and toffee chocolatey Brazilian espresso is razor thin, thus requiring precise temperature calibration when roasting and ample rest time (for the roastmaster and bean) afterwards. The payoff is well worth the effort, as this espresso brew is exceptionally smooth and creamy.
